Please take into consideration, before making your purchase, that in most cases, SHAREEN garments are made to order. Often, the turnaround time from ordering to shipping will be one to two weeks. If you need your order filled more quickly, or would like to know the exact ship date of your garment, please call us directly at (323) 276-6226. We also invite you to come into one of our three stores to choose from our available merchandise already in stock. SHAREEN dresses are available in our Downtown and Third Street locations in Los Angeles, and in our New York store as well.
Because garments are often cut to order, we invite you to share with us your interest in custom colors or fabrics. If you are interested in discussing your personal needs please reach to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (323) 276-6226.
We are pleased to offer domestic three-day ground shipping through the US Postal Office for a flat rate of $18.95.

Returns / Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns.
We will only offer exchanges if:
- The garment is returned in its original condition,
- The customer notifies us of his or her intention to exchange within 48 hours of receipt, and
- The garment is postmarked within 5 days of the original shipping date.
We will issue the customer online store credit (less the cost of shipping) that will be accepted at any SHAREEN, Inc. stores, including our online store. Store credit will only apply to SHAREEN merchandise and cannot be applied to any vintage items.
